sir when i start the instrument it generate the error "CX 4 failed to boot " i check the console and SCSI board and CPU but there is no effect on the system
when i run the instrument it is error occured "CX 4 failed to boot the system" in a red window
i change the SCSI board and SCSI cable but there is no effect on it. kindly solve my problem.
We hav been experiencing erratic low sodiums on patient specimens for over a year now. BC has been trying to help us but to no avail. We recently failed a proficiency test for sodium. I hear that Beckamn changed the chemical component of some of their reagents to make them cheaper to transport. This problem happens to coincide with that change.
