Hi, am on need of user manual as well as technical support on that ultrasound model DP-1100 Plus which need software reloading, the ultrasound does not give access to enter patient details such as name,age and sex, when powered ON it jump directly to probe image please assist

The USB port at the back of the Mindray DP 1100 Plus, what is it for ?
