Dear all, i have error 5003 on cobas c 111. I want to know how to solve it. There is no info on the manual how to solve it. Please need your help. "An internal software error occurred. A parameter is not valid."

Hello, I wanted to know each box of reagents like ALT or AST says it is for 400 tests however does someone experiences that they last less than 100 tests or 100 maybe? We do IQC and calibrators everyday but I wonder if this consumes that much our reagents.
