Can't read the codbar

Hi,

I dont recive the codbar in cobas e 411. In the position for the codbar (in the string), I recive an emty delimited field.

I make a lot of configuration in the equipment like do nou use verify digit, but dosnt work.

How can I get the configuration for the instrument to get the codbar in the Quest string

Example of the string:

WHY DOES THE COBAS NOT REPEAT ISE'S AFTER IT SWITCHED OVER TO A NEW DILUENT.IT APPEARS ORDERED BUT WILL NOT REPEAT MISSING ISE'S
