The QC is good, and the slope and intercept are good, the Dimension EXL automatically sends the results and they print automatically. We dont have to do anything. which equation is used ? or how will do this ?

alpi method keep getting error code on level 2 calibrator "abnormal reaction" for all three results. level 1 and 3 are within acceptable ranges and no error codes. is this cal acceptable or not due to error code
