Machine boots up OK but when the test menu is selected ...no tests are shown in the area of screen which would normally list the various tests ...Normal light blue border to screen but the data area is uniform light orange. Selecting 'Back' will take you back to menu.
Checking on the processor / display board I have located a lithium battery which is at 0 volts
When initializing after turning the machine ON, it pops error 10. I noticed that the filter wheel does not rotate during the initialization, I don't know if this is normal. I also noticed 2 cables, black and red floating, I don't know where they came from. I need a suggestion to the problem and I wouldn't mind if I can lay my hands on the technical manual. I don't have one.

I have a problem with this device.when switched on, startup procedures can not be successed.[initializing...] appeared ,no optic unit or fluidic unit moving.after 2 minuts ,LCD display goes completly in blue color.
