An error message 'Key Push Fault' appears on the screen when a 'SAVE' command button is pressed each time. This error message appears no matter what is typed to be saved. Please help me on what to do, my patients are losing it
Our Private Clinic just got this machine at the end of last year. As I was aware,all test parameters/methods have been pre-installed by the manufacturer.So Would this mean that the outcome of a test result is final or should I continue with further calculations as stated by the package inserts of some test reagents? Can anyone please clarify.
