Our hospital has bought two years ago a Senographe Crystal Nova from GE. The printer that we used for it is non longer working so we bought a new one and asked the supplier to connect it with the the Senographe. However they told us they had lost the password to access the service so right now we are unable for more than a month to print our exams. I want to know if i could get the default password to the service or is there is way to renitialize it.

Hello, the generator CPU 3V battery has gone bad and my unit has lost all its calibration info. I have mammocom program and computer, just need to know how to reload the calibrations. If any one could help me I would really appreciate it. Thank you.
Having an intermittent issue with a Senographe Essential. System intermittently gets a 162/007 error "Grid node not responding" along with a "Pos-ADS Communication lost". I've replaced the bucky and replaced both bucky connectors but error is still persisting. Any ideas?
