Hello. I have a Mocom brand Exacta Vacuum (autoclave) steriliser. Even though I take all the care, it doesn't sterilise. I set the temperature to 134 degrees Celsius. When the temperature reaches 105 degrees, the "Alarm" lamp turns on and the cover of the device is opened. What could be the reason? I would be glad if you could help with this.
The error A4 apear after 15 minutes of the process .. clothe program for example
In my manual is been written : I can find the solution in page 78.. ( but my manual is until page 45)

Appear this error when does the high pressure (HP) begin. I see than the pre vacuum step (PV) dont does negative pressure, only 0,1 bar.
