I want to put the M10 on an Alexa smart outlet so my wife does not have to go downstairs to turn the concentrator on and off. I did but when Alexa cuts the power to the outlet of course the M10 thinks its a power outage and the alarm goes off. Is there a way to disable the alarm? RE: Philips - Millennium M10 Concentrator
We have a couple of M10 Concentrators and we are trying to test the output occlusion alarm without any success. There doesn't seem to be any internal leak and the pressures all are passing. Anyone have any ideas? RE: Philips - Millennium M10 Concentrator

I am looking for a replacement part that probably is not available at the user level.
My machine is no longer under contract for service and I am very dependent on it.
The Oxygen outlet port has been broken off, but I can see that looking at the problem from the back of the unit that I can easily fix this if I can get my hands on the item. It is the part were the 'Xmas tree' would screw onto so that the oxygen hose can connect to that. I have the hose....the connector, but I can't screw the connector onto the outlet port.
My M10 is only used for sleeping and when turned on at night it typically alarms 3-5 times before running normally. After each alarm, power is turned off and then on.
Took to a local repair facility approx. 2 years ago and they recommended continued use unless the low oxygen light came on. I am looking again for a recommended repair facility in Colorado Springs.
Hello I have the millennium m10 concentrator. I have it on and it turns off every couple minutes. It will turn right back on after a few seconds. Can you tell me hope to fix this or what could be wrong with it?
How many hours can you get out of these machines before they need servicing? Does anyone know of a company that buys used units? I have 45 of various models?
