My Baxter Flo-Gard 6201 Pump "Silence, Pri Start and 5" Buttons are not working. Anyone else ever had this issue?

I have a baxter flogard 6201 pump that is constantly showing check loading set error/alarm after loading, despite the set being loaded correctly and multiple attempts. Any suggestions or ideas?

Does anyone know the manufacturer and p# of the reflective photo interrupter on the slide clamp/safety clamp on the 62/6301 pump, looking for the sensor only

I believe I read the F38 is a sensor problem and the sensor needs replaced. How much do sensors cost for this model, where can I purchase the sensor and is this a task I can do myself. Does the manual give instructions for replacing the faulty sensor?
