I am looking for the most recent version of the service manual for these devices. The one on this website looks to be a revision from 2007. I got in contact with BD tech support and they said that the service manual should be online, but all the ones I have found have outdated illustrated parts lists. The most recent one I was able to dig up is from 2017, but has the same issue. If anyone has an updated copy they would be willing to share it would be much appreciated. During annual PM, I do a Fast Battery Conditioning to verify the battery status. I have had a handful of pumps (about 3% of the units) that will not complete the test. They will sit at 0 time remaining. I have put in new (not OEM) batteries and they still will not complete the test. BD recommended trying the power supply and reflashing the PCU. I have done both of those and it still will not complete the Fast Battery Conditioning. BD is also adamant that only their batteries should be used. What is/are certification(s) for Alaris Medley 8000 series infusion pumps (the brain and its compatible modules) to be hired as a technician to work these infusion pumps?
I am having an issue with my maintainence software timing out on windows 7. The laptop I have running XP doesn't have any issues with the serial port timing out. Is anyone else having simuliar issues? I'm thinking its the way windows 7 handles the serial port but can't find a solution.
Does anyone have a copy or tutorial of the process to hook up multiple 8015 IV pumps where you can test them through the computer. I stand to be corrected,but i believe you can have one brain and multiple modules and connect up to 4 0r 6 IV pumps via a data port hub?
We are having troubles with flashing our pumps using version 9.8 of the maintenance software. It Keeps telling us there was a problem booting into flash mode. Has anyone else ran into this problem?
