We are having troubles with flashing our pumps using version 9.8 of the maintenance software. It Keeps telling us there was a problem booting into flash mode. Has anyone else ran into this problem?

Allaris Medley 8015 keeps coming back from a hospital with a note stating will not connect to the network needs reprogramed. I do not have a network at my facility to check connectivity any Ideas?

A situation occured last Friday where an aneurysm formed at the top of an Alaris Medley infusion set. Has anyone seen this before and what was the cause?

Need pulse ox tester for medley system. Any alternatives out there?

I'm running my system maintenance on the computer for the PC and Pump units, when I try to perform a rate accuracy test on one of the pumps I keep getting an error that "the door is open" or "no set loaded".

Any clues to how this can be remedied? I've never come across this before.

My shop is just starting to support the Medley PC Unit. We're having trouble connecting to the Maintenance software Version 9. I replaced the comm card, cables, and load the software on a second computer. I also tried different com port baud rate. Please advise.

If anyone is having trouble getting a replacement door for the Alaris Medley due to the recent closure of the only other non OEM source, let me know.  FOBI has doors-a-plenty on the way.
