I am planing to use this with an Generic IV set that I get locally. it works all fine except there is an small error of 0.5 to 1 ml per 5ml of VTBI. can anyone guide me on how to calibrate this error ? I have my own set of common test bench and tools needed for this.

I have been getting this error on several pumps. When you open the door, the pump turns on. This seems to often be coupled with the equipment saying the door/Flo-Stop is open even when the door is closed. I tried changing the AIL and it seems to not address the issue. Ideas?

Hi I have 2 of the IMED GEMINII PC- 1 IV Pumps.  One dates back to 1996, and the newest being made in 2001.  Both are giving the 0 64 Help Internal Battery Error code upon power up.  The one that was made in 1996 gives it all the time, and the one that was made on 2001 will work and pump as long as it's plugged into the wall power.  Now I have replaced the 6 Volt 7.0 AH Lead Acid batteries in both pumps, and verified with a volt meter their charge, and they both have a charge of 6.9 volts DC.  I have a admin set that I filled the bottom half with silicone to trick the Air In Line Sensors, and I cut a slit into the upper tubbing, so it expels the air and don't cause a occlusion.  The set I modified works great as I can pop it into the 2001 IMED pump, set some rates, and it will pump away as long as it's plugged into wall power. When I unplug the pump within 4 secs of pumping on battery power it goes into the 0 64 error code, I even placed a volt meter across the battery terminals and it only dropped to 6.2 during the 4 secs before the code came up, and pumping stopped.  Inside these pumps soldered to the  motherboard are a small 4.8 volt battery, and from what I read online that is called the NVRAM battery.  I tested the battery in the 1996 pump, and it reads nothing, the battery in the 2001 pump reads 2.2  volts.  Is this the cause of my problem with the 0 64 Error Code??  I am curious as I purchased some replacement batteries online, and am waiting for them to arrive.  I have been going crazy waiting for the batteries as they are made to order, now I have worked on the Alaris SE 7130 IV Pumps and they use a capacitor for the NVRAM which is better than a stupid battery that you have to resolder.  I have a electronics repair background, and I am not using these pumps for patient use, as I am just learning how to repair them, as I am thinking about going into Biomed.  So please give me some input on this.  Thanks.  Shawn.
