Hi I am an American doctor working on a charity project in Yemen. We are supporting an emergency department. My rural hospital in MI donated this monitor and it keeps giving the error message that the internal battery needs replacing. Where can I find a manual that gives instructions about how to remove the internal battery? Many thanks!!

I have some trouble with the ECG module from Dinamap MPS Select monitor, showing the next message in the screen:
"Module Error Code=(5;0x3465)"
I need some help to know who is the reason of this. If somebody have the full error code list please send me to bautista.vivas@gmail.com.

Hey all,
While the maintenance manual contains the service mode password, I can't seem to find the config password anywhere. The user manual refers to an "Installation and Configuration Manual", which seems to be the one manual I don't have (of course). Anyone have any idea?

select knob intermitently will only move two positions instead of full range (all positions). Have swapped front panels with no changes. Have disassembled and cleaned pcbs and checked wiring. Cannot find any info. Help anyone? RE: Critikon - Dinamap MPS Select
