Many Thanks to whomever is able to help. Am trying to access the sonos 7500 test menu but am prompted for a username and password. Can anyone help this issue... thanks for any advice offered!

Hi,

I am trying to set up my Philips Sonos 7500 with an IP address so I can attach it to my network. I can not find where to go on the machine to configure the network. Please can someone advise?

Hola, soy nuevo en el foro.

Tengo este equipo sin manual de servicio y con este error:

"Software or Hardware error (IPC no response from scan node) KDE32"

I'm looking for a service manual for a Sonos 7500 to troubleshoot the following message I receive when I power on the machine:
