Please on booting my HP SONOS gives the error message DFE10-62 and goes blank on the screen. sometimes when it powers it shows four squares of colors on the screen and then blacks out. What is this error code it is not in the Manual and Service books. Please help with suggestions on what to do.

I see that a service manual is available. Does anyone have an operation manual for the Sonos 1000?

My HP Sonos 1000 often resets and inside the machina appears the code C030. Please prompt me where can be the problem. Thanks
