During installation of a refurbished aquillon 64, as soon as power supply was connected, the EMI filter started showing smoke. We have a power stabiliser and voltage are vert much stable.
What could be the reason and how to prevent it frim happening again.

toshiba aquillion 65, there was a power failure and communication with the couch was lost. ERROR "the system has failed to obtain couch position informatio. Select Confirm to retry". The couch with buttons on the computer tamograph works without problems. Before the power failure, the computer tamograph worked fine. Perhaps some controller is out of order, but which one? I am look for a company that can test a Toshiba Aquilion 64 CT x-ray tube. I have a system that is missing too many parts to stage and test. I would like to know the condition of the x-ray tube.
