Any help would be much appreciated. We have a seasoned Hillrom Affinity II obstetrics bed in our simulation space. During simulation a student placed the bed in trendelenburg and now I cannot seem to get it out of the position. I have used the handles as described in the manula, pullup to reset, but it does not seem to work. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. RE: Hillrom - Affinity II
Hello everyone, need some help with an Affinity II bed I have. They had a large patient on the bed few days ago and now when they try to move the bed up and down it doesn't work. The motor is running but I can hear that something is wrong like it's not making a connection with anything just running freely. I called Hill-Rom but the bed is no longer supported so bed parts can't be purchased from them. They said they think it's the motor coupling, if I could get one then they could come out and fix it. I found this part number for the hilow assembly (PN#46223-01), not sure if that's what I need or not. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
