HELLO, RECENTLY OUR HERAEUS HANAULUX OSLO LIGHT STOPPED WORKING. WHEN MOVING UP IT BUMPED CEILING AND JUST STOPPED WORKING. WE ARE TRYING TO FIND A SERVICE MANUAL?

I have a hanaulux 2004 light that the light head can rotate 360 degrees without stopping, which has caused the wires to twist and break off. Is there a break down of that Axis and possibly repair parts available?
