There was a recient power surge in the building and now the bed doesnt work, is there a reset button or maybe a fuse somewhere on the bed that could be tripped or blown? RE: Hillrom - Centra 850/852
The "Service Manual" listed under the Documents Tab is the Users "Place Into Service and Use Manual", it has no service or parts information. There were replies back in 2013 listing a couple links to the information, but those links are dead. In particular, I need the plastic or Delrin motor coupler for the Hi-Lo Motor assembly. The Hi Lo control on the outside of the left handrail suddenly stopped working. The right handrail still works, as does the nurse control. Any suggestions? RE: Hillrom - Centra 850/852
After raising the bed it slowly lowers back down with a winding sound as if a motor is being wound backwards. How do I stop this? RE: Hillrom - Centra 850/852
After turning the Centra 850 that we are using for my brother in home hospice on it's side to get it through a door, when the head is in the raised position it slowly returns to flat. Does anyone have any pictures or diagrams of where the hydraulic fluid can be topped off in case this is being caused by leaking when on it's side?
