Hello!  I am having issues with Nicolet Vyasis Vasoguard.  Have to delete old patients but is asking for a password that I don't have.  Any suggestions?

What is the recommendation for cleaning of the probes? Old manual says alcohol, but with all the new disinfectants I think there should be more. Do you have replacement parts for this equipment, such as cuffs, probes, etc?

To whom it may concern,

 

We have the VasoGuard Viasys machine already, however one of our cable is broken and im wondering if you sell those separetly? We need the yellow cable.
