good day all. i am looking for a service manual for Nidek ARK 900 please, the problem is keratometry only reads when out of focus any suggestuions would help, thank you

how should we proceed?

Our ARK 900 Refractor / Keratometer does´t change when the right eye has been measured, the left eye reading appears as a continued measurement of the right eye despite is set to automatic binocular measuring.

Our ARK-900 is taking refraction readings but not K readings (or at least not printing them out).  We have tried every control setting with no success

The screen of our Marco Nidek ARk-900 is not functioning. There is no picture, just fuzz and lines. Could this be a blown fuse that we can easily rectify ourselves?

Hi...we just recently purchased a Nidek ARK 900 in a practice buy out.  We do not have a service manual or user's guide to aid in the calibration process.  Currently the reading is showing a full diopter over what is my current prescription.  Any advice on how to tune up our new equipment?
