Can Not Recognize Footswitch. Please Check Footswitch Connection and Reset Footswitch. If Condition Persists, Contact Alcon Technical Services. How do I solve it? should I change the footswitch? Thank you for your help.

I have several Alcon Infiniti and most of them show a 404 error. Is there a software I must re-install or any file that might have been erased? Or is there any other procedure to be performed so the phaco machines work again? I'll deeply apprecciate your help.
