When attempting to do mammography QC, message on screen reads "Failed in obtaining study information from the information file". Can someone tell me what this message means and what needs to be done to correct the issue? Thanks

I'm getting an error when sending to GE RWS from Fuji Mammo clear view 1.

The error says

" [51012] failed in reading of the gray level correction file"

* " there is no gray level correction file (AEName.lut) corresponding to the output device, or the file format is invalid"

>Confirm the gray level correction file

Can anyone help with this error is this something on GE side or Fuji Cr I have to look at

I was wondering if anyone had a step by step procedure on how to change the IP adress for the cpu and the reader. I was told by someone that i would half to reload all of the software to change the IP adress configurations. any help would be appreciated. thank you.
