I have about 10 sets of lights that I need to remove. I HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS PROJECT BEFORE AND DID IT TOTALLY WRONG.
I am looking for an installation proceedure.

How do you adjust the lighthead? At some point the lighthead will spin around very quickly.
