Main board was filled with saline and now the device does not turn on. The power supply unit provides 12V and 5V, 3.3 and 5 V are supplied to the front display board. The main board is marked as PCB P10407 rev ? /ASSY P11418. I recovered bga contacts on Altera Cyclon3 chip, but nothing changed. This board has USB type B, is it posible to connect to pc for diagnostic. Anybody have service manual for this device? RE: Stryker - 1288 HD
I have one stryker 1288 hd camera.I think it is stucked. It's touch panel is not responding.Nor getting any video out .But unit powers on nicely.
Is there any reset procedure for this unit?

Does anyone know what may cause the E1 error code. Is this something that just happens sometimes when cameras are connected/disconnected while the controller is turned on ? It seems to happen with different camera's on the same box and very intermittent. There's really not much information on what causes this error. Any help appreciated.
The camera power on but the LCD doesnot go to the touch buttons it' doesnot load the software . looking for the service manual of stryker 1288 camera control unit .
