i have a problem with rotation gantry,a big noise in rotation gantry at the end of exam

CT-Scan prospeed FII I have image artifact with out any Error >> the artifact is many ring

I have massage error on CT Scan prospeed FII .

the Error : OGP did not receive any replay from JEDI in response to Sysconfig CMD nor JEDI Capaility requestCMD.

and Error LED on OGP BD is light and CONF red LED on KV CTRL V2 on JEDI model is light

I have problem on CT-Scan prospeed Fll.that problem at side tube X-ray part .

it has 2 bubble inside it

and it has noise on image and the machine don't working calibration

it dose warrmup normally but can't do callibration.

I install SW agine but same problem.

I try do Q cal but it apear scan canseled and the error maseege apeare:

q cal check:status=1'error channel=39,115,42,0 this is changed per try

error:189022

During Daily calibration the scans stop about halfway through and give the a calculation error.

Air calibration is ok

but during phontam calibration stop scan & Q cal stop scan

from error log

Qcal check : status= 1, error channel=0,68, ,39

my machine is CT Scan prospeed FII . i want software for it.
