HOW DO YOU CHANGE THE AMOUNT OF TIME THAT IT TAKES FOR AN EXAM TO DROP OFF OF THE WORKLIST

Does anyone have a problem with carestream portable auto collimation looking around edges but when sending to pacs the images gets clipped on different angles?
