We use the EEG-1200 system in the clinic, two days ago the workbench menu disappeared from the system interface. The technician who works on the device does not mention that he made any additions or modifications to the system lists.
Please let me know what steps I should take to retrieve the hidden list.

Hi, we work in an epilepsy centre in West Africa and we use the EEG-1200. Since it is based in a teaching hospital, we want to be able to export the video it produces to mp4 format for use in slide presentations to students.
However there doesn't seem to be any recognizable video format in the exported files, and the export feature doesn't allow you to specify a format.
I am looking for the calibration verification proceedures for the Nihon Kohden Neurofax EEG-1200. Since the clinical staff are not using the EEG's for sleep studies, I am not too concerned with the SPO2 / CO2 functions, however I still need to verify the calibration. Please also let me know which test equipment you are using. Thanks!
