How to deactivate "System Trainer" Option

During a surgery Datascope CS-100i shows System Trainer right after Advisories. Can anybody help me out deactivating that option, Because it comes by itself and goes away that bothers the users. Looking forward for your prompt response

Regarding charging unit

Equipment is functional on ac power mode but not on dc mode . On further rectification found that battery is giving accurate output but as per service engineer report charging unit is defective . Can anyone tell about charging unit
