Does anyone have any leads on a comparable bladder scanner to the Verathon BVI3000? After taking a picture to make sure there was no damage, and then sending it in, they reported damage in the tailcone assembly. This is the 2nd year in a row of an upcharge. Thier customer service refuses to work with us and leaves a lot to be desired. I know there was another posting about this company and I am fed up with them. $635 over and above the $575 calibration charge. We need it certified, so we have no choice but to fix it. I told them we would be purchasing from another company and there was no attempt to rectify anything. These units are shipped back in thier case, how are they being damaged? They have a nice little scam going it seems. Sorry for the rant, folks. Thank you in advance if you can help me on locating a comparable unit.

We are looking at buying a phantom and doing the testing ourselves on the BVI 3000s. I wanted to know any feedback on this good or bad, is the phantom the only item needed, is the procedure easy to follow? We have alway sent in these unit annually and do the 6100s via scanpoint, being that scanpoint is web based, has anyone come up with an alternate way of testing these outside of extended warranty.
