I have a corometrics 170 series(172)..no leds lit on display, power and recorder leds are lit up and can hear hear beat..can not turn unit off wo unplugging, cannot turn volume down, recorder will not feed and nothing lit on display..a lot of issues at once..

I have 2 monitor systems; in past 1 week both tocometers have stopped working-- when plugged in-- 2 blinking red dashes appear instead of contraction monitors. ???? Hopefully an easy fix?

GE Fetal Monitor series 170, Marquette, to replace keypad membrane I need to access inside to unplug it...which screws??
