I face problem when i run negative control
The results its not stable .some time i got very low results or i got 0
But the positive control or sample i got good results

am trying to run samples on pentra c200 but an error code is appearing( 6124) saying "measurement is not performed due to lack of calibration curve," please help, what should i do.
PT crash sensor is On during sample liquid level detection...... what to do?? this error comes up very so often. What do we have to do to solve this problem
