Hello. When the "ECG" and "Rhythm" buttons are pressed, the message "Paper Error. Reload paper and press "ECG" and "Rhythm" to continue printing. Press "STOP" to cancel printing" appears. What could be the problem and how to repair? The paper is in order. RE: GE HealthCare - Marquette MAC 5500
I am having trouble with a MAC 5500 cart that when the top cover closes, the display begins to dim darker and darker, then goes out. This happens only when connected to AC power. I have replaced every component from the power cord to the display and everything in between. And I mean every component. Power cord, power supply, top cover/base connectors, main board, display ribbon cable, display power cable, inverter board, inverter board cable, display, backlight....I believe that's everything. And as I said, it only happens when connected to AC. Anyone else have this problem??? RE: GE HealthCare - Marquette MAC 5500
I don't have a manual for the mac 5500..INTERMITTENT problem with having severe A/C ripple on all leads..even on battery only. cable and leads replaced.

The EKG is not receiving patient data. It can transmit, but it will not load up a patients data. Any possible solutions to this problem? RE: GE HealthCare - Marquette MAC 5500
I have a mac 5500 and on boot up a error message comes on the screen (Unable to stat task named: rest_ecg_usr). Non of the softkeys appear across the bottom of the screen therefore I cant go into the system setup or any other screen. If i connect a simulator, the ecg tracings appear accurately behind the blue error message but I cant print or anything else. Any suggestions?? RE: GE HealthCare - Marquette MAC 5500
