I have replaced the print-head assembly and during self test the "R" wave prints with a continuous fade. Has anyone come across the same issue?

Got a machine, on a patient simulator, the unit displays LL disconnected..  Changed the LL cable, LL disconnected.  Changed the banana clip end, LL disconnected.  Changed the CAM module, LL disconnected.  Changed the CAM Cable, LL disconnected.  Put the RL on the LL, unit functions normally.  Thoughts?

I replaced the print head yesterday. I need password to input resistance value of new printhead. I'm guessing there is a standard password to enter the SETUP page.

Thanks for your help

Hi Folks,

I've got a MAC 5500 with a blank display. I shone a flashlight across the screen and I could make out text on the screen. I swapped the display with a new one out of the box but the blank display issue continued. I tried the new display on another machine and there were no issues.  Could the main board be the problem? It's usually a cable issue.

Thanks in advance.

I've had a couple of complaints about a MAC 5500 HD, saying that while the gain is set at 10mV, the printout prints it as 5mV. I believe this is due to the Auto Gain Check setting, but that is supposed to give a prompt asking which voltage the user would like to compress the report to, and the staff say they've seen no such prompt. Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? Can this machine change the gain without asking the user first? What would cause this?

thanks

The only promblem i see is that everything is in black and white and there is no colors i cant find anything in the setting about the color but i would assume setting would not matter during the pixel test any ways .
