hi i am having problems with the printer of my defribilator, because it doesnt have the band that connects the printer motor with the roller that takes the paper out.

I have a 43110A desfrilador HP, I have only like preventy to do exercise stres test! never use it , on ly use the monitor... 

the  one day another I put on and it isn´t work... It is probably it woks if i change de Battery and where I cant buy a new one? I´m from México...
