I need help in removing black handle to give me access to tighten the arm picture enclosed. I have removed two set screws and one of two drive pins. The second pin is a lot tighter than the first. Is it true lacquer was used to seal the pins? Any suggestions will be appreciated.

Spot light gives good red reflex but light is reduced .diffuse light reduces red rflex .how to solve problem in cataract surgery
