Unit travels up for taller person when button is activated to make film

i need to adjust KV ,mA value to increase the image quality

It is a film base and as you hold the exposure button down it starts out fine but the radiation and indicator light go off during the front portion of the face then everything comes back on for the other side. So the film has a great image of both sides but nothing up front.

we import Sirona ORTHOPHOS 3 DS but we do not have to Sidexis software, please help us how to get this.
