GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry System
GE HealthCare Apex Pro Telemetry System Forums
Most of out Apex Pro CH transmitter are having an issue with the battery doors getting stuck. Stuck so bad that you have to use a paper clip to get them opened and closed. The other issue is that at times the tranmitters will not light up at all. You may have to mess with the battery door to get the lead light to light. What is the best way to clean these transmitter battery compatments? Is there a way to remove the battery door? I am thinking that the contacts have some gunk on them. We currently use Sani-Cloth Bleach Wipes to sanitize our transmitters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
RE: GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry SystemDoes anyone have a good source for the Main CPU? P/N: 2039793-002 Or maybe what I can do with a constant loud tone alarm when power is applied. Thanks!!
RE: GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry SystemI'd like to reconfigure an ApexPro Telemetry Server for use with FH access points/transceivers. It's more than just IP address changes and server settings. Any more detailed information out there? Or is there anyone who can perform the upgrade?

RE: GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry SystemHi,
I would like to open my Apex Pro to clean the battery contact correctly, but I don't know how to open the telemetry and not break the cover. Thank you for your help.
RE: GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry SystemWe are having a problem with some of our Apex Pro telemetry transmitters that has us completely stumped. Some transmitters will work fine on one telemetry system in the hospital but not at all on the other. On the system on which they do not work, we've had GE come in and do a complete antenna survey. They balanced the system and used a spectrum analyzer to confirm the frequencies being used were clean. We sent the problem transmitters in for repair to a thrid party vendor. They said all the tests they run on them show they are working fine. However, they admitted this is a common problem with GE telemetry and in fact, said they have experienced it themselves. A pack will work for them on the receiver in their repair department but not on the receiver in their QC department. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
RE: GE HealthCare - Apex Pro Telemetry SystemDoes anyone know any possible problems that may cause the ApexPro/ApexProCH to drop signal?
Thanks for your input
