Hello, could someone tell me why the mouse on my Voluson E8 works in the opposite direction; if I move it sideways, it goes up and down and if I move it down, it goes to the sides. Is there any way to fix it?
I am looking for GE Voluson S8 (without Touchscreen) full service manual. Since I am currently facing a hardware issue, which is when I turn on the device, the screen doesn't show up data or splash screen and instead it keep giving the message off no signal and the rest of screen in black.
I need service to trace that error or find any information about it in the troubleshooting section. So if anyone has already the manual or has experienced that issue before. kindly you can contact me.

How to get "Permanent key" . We recently changed the hard disk because it's damaged, and we reinstalle the software with the bootable DVD, system software 10.0.0,
the system ask us to enter "the permanent key" to activate option key".

I have problem with Voluson E8, manufactured in July 2007.USG displayed a number of characters (e \ 7 and spaces) upon startup. After that these keys on keyboard have stopped working. The cleaning had no effect. Does anyone know what is the reason and how to fix the keyboard?
