we are using rauland borg responder 5 client software but from past 2 days we r not able to generate reports of code even we are getting error while logging in r5 client software its showing unable to connect ipcomm.
I constantly am receiving a Network 22 error at the nurse call console. No one at Rauland seems to have an answer. Has anyone seen this error and if you have can you point me in the right direction to resolve this error?
I have some kind of interference/static when the patients are talking to the nurses. Its on every system throughout the hospital. What could be causing interference/static?
Has anyone had any problems with the the LED board burning or catching fire within the (LED Dome light) of the Rauland Responder IV Nurse Call System.
We have had 2 occasions in which the dome light failed and there was extensive burning on the LED board, one time causing the plastic housing to catch fire briefly. Just wondering if this is a common problem.
