My Architect will not read any barcodes during operation. As a result only manual entry is done. Is there a setting to use for barcode mode.

error always occur..after the machine is turned on..after how many minutes, eooer appear: unable to communicate or the 0300 code error. how to solve? do i need to buy another switch hub? thank you

Dear all,

Did anyone encounter a big fluctuation in their test results when there is fibrin/ particulate matter observed in sample? I have this problem when there is "fibrin liked matter" observed in sample, floating inside serum after mixing sample. This happened in my Anti-HBcII and Anti-HTLV I/II test results. Does anyone know the reason?
