I got a unit for repair that won't turn off. It starts up fine, but when you hit the power switch, it just keeps rebooting in a loop until the battery dies. I tried swapping in a power supply from a working machine to test it. Not only did it not fix the problem, but it seems to have fried the good power supply too—now that machine is broken as well.

I was facing problem of device Failure Alarm in my drager Savina 399 Ventilator, I was trying to restart the machine but the alarm is still there, what are the steps I have to follow pls guide.
