I have a siemens ACUSON x500 ultrasound machine, when I turn it on in the morning it starts up after a while the screen turns black, I hear the fans the 8 LEDs turn orange, sometimes when I turn it on it works normal. Some one can help me?

The machine stop loading, then i install it software but after coming up I notice the 4D is not working. Is there any software for me to install for the 4D or what should I do?
