We have a Codemaster that has a unique printer problem. The bottom 3/8" of the strip has compressed data. The info is mostly displayed as a black line with intermittant deflections positive. With an ECG only trace it almost appears as if the trace is duplicated but highly compressed. The same effect is evident when the test strip is run. Has anyone seen this before? Should we be looking at the recorder or the recorder interface on the mother board? Thanks for your help, Ron.
