Set keyone off was the error shown. Any ideas?

after the cycle is completed, is it safe to leav e the probe in the machine?

if so, how long?

what are your recommedations.

I have received this error code on my Trophon, DFV0008.  The indicator never changes color.  Can anybody help me out?  Thank you. 

Is there a log book  that can be used for the system?

fails gives code ST0000:0008. User manual does not address self test fail codes. Anybody have info?

My Trophon unit has the message "Close Chanber Door" and I can't get the message to go away even after turning unit off.  PLease Help!

Can I wipe a transvag probe with a germicidal disposable cloth (Sani-Cloth Plus), to clean off any gel prior to disinfecting with a trophon unit or will I be running the risk of creating a chemical reaction
