Hi. On start up, the booting process hangs at Report Application stage. What could be the cause? Also, i tried starting up pressing the S key with the Gate key up, requested a Hardware Diagnostics, and ended up with a report that basic diagnostic test failed and to contact the manufacturer! Pls can anyone assist?
