Have replaced batteries and checked connections. Everything seems to be in order and yet nothing. This unit is only a couple of months old. Why else can I try to get it working?

One of our BCI's is reading too low. If simulator is at 80BPM and 98%O2 the pulse ox will read 80BPM, but 95%. Same with other setting ( 85bpm 80%= 85bpm,75%) how do you calibrate it? Manual doesn't say. Thanx in advance. Dr. Cureall

Received a AA Error Code on BCI 3301. Can't find that code in the literature. It happens when you plug in the patient cable. What does AA error code stand for?
