Hello Dear, i have x-ray machine EVA-HF325 and display ERROR E33. PLEASE, WHAT QUAND RESPONSIBLE OF THIS? AND HOW I CAN RESOLVE IT?

An Error light appears while the machine (X-ray) is starting up

Dears please note that I face a problem for the X-ray device (EVA-HF325-DIS), the red light appear while starting the device this light for Error as written under it without information in the screen instruction about the error and no response from all buttons except switch off button. Your feedback is appreciated

j'ai un code erreur Ch_01 concernant le switch chauffage tube apres refroidissement le switch de protection est revenu a la posistion fermée mais l'erreur persiste toujours. la radio est bloquée toujours merci beaucoup si vous pouvez m'indiquer comment y remedier.
